Teresa Manjua, born in Faro (Portugal) in 1994, dancer / performer, began her dance training with ballroom dancing (2004 - 2012). Licensed by the School of Dance in 2015 (Lisbon,
Portugal), she did in 2014 the Erasmus program at Universitetet i Stavanger (Norway) where you have opportunity to work with Rui  Lopes Graça, Hagit Yakira, Peter Jasko, Shi Pratt and Laura Aris Alvarez. She attended several intensive courses in Norway, Poland and Ukraine with Roberto Olivan, Meytal Blanaru, Isabelle Chauffad, Agnieszka Pieterwas, Iwona Olszowska, Natalia Iwaniec, Charlie Morrissey, Maria Bakalo and Uri Dicker.

In 2015 begins his professional career at the Polish Dance Theater Company (Poland)
during the 2015/2016 season. Teresa currently works as a freelancer with
various companies and projects such as Hayley Matthews Ensemble Dance Co. (UK)
(work with the community),  ATOM Theater (Bulgaria) by Stefanyia Georgieva, where she integrates pieces by Norihito Ishii (Japan), Ju-Mi Baek (South Korea), Shira Eviatar (Israel) and Iskra Prodanova 2017-2019.

In Portugal develops co-creation work with Alejandra Balboa (Spain) “TRICK OR
TREAT ”, a performance that has been performed on various stages and festivals. Integrating
also as performer in the companies: CiM - Companhia de Dança (inclusive dance), Companhia da Esquina (dance / theater), Dancenema (project for schools) and Sublime Dance Company (project of inclusive dance in partnership with Cerci Oreiras with national tour).
